Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with QuickRentalGo. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment is required, so no refund applies during trial.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

• Within 7 days of payment: Full refund if you are not satisfied (no questions asked)
• After 7 days: No refund — but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges
• Cancellation: Access continues until end of paid period

3. Yearly Subscriptions

For yearly subscriptions:

• Within 30 days of payment: Full refund
• After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months (minimum 3 months remaining)

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for:

• Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• Requests made after the refund window
• Add-on services or custom development work
• Domain, SMS, or third-party integration fees

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email us at billing@rentalpro.pk
• Include your account email and payment reference
• State the reason (helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Currency

All refunds are issued in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency exchange rate differences are not covered.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
