Terms of Service

Welcome to QuickRentalGo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuickRentalGo (the "Service"), operated by MedSeek ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QuickRentalGo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickRentalGo is a multi-tenant rental management software designed for Pakistani rental shops (chairs, tables, tents, equipment). The Service includes:

• Inventory and stock management
• Customer and rental tracking
• Payment and profit management
• Partner profit sharing
• Reporting and analytics
• Web, Desktop (Windows), and Mobile (Android) applications

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

QuickRentalGo offers free trials and paid subscription plans. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without permission

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the business data you enter into QuickRentalGo (customers, rentals, items, etc.). We do not claim any ownership over your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedSeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
